Re -order no. 2572. I ordered an HM 200IC intercom for my ICOM A 20 , but was sent an HM 2001K (wrong item) . telephoned you and was told you would send the correct one to arrive next morning and I could give then give the incorrect one to the delivery driver to return to you. However the new one was delivered by an ordinary postman who was unable to take the incorrect intercom, so after telephoning you I posted it back by recorded delivery at my expense.Later on on the same day (4pm) a parcel post van arrived to collect the incorrect item which I had already posted back to you. Everyone at Mendelssohns was very polite and helpful. There was some mitigation for sending me the wrong item, as IC had been written with a felt pen on the outside of the white box (200IK version inside the box)

Many thanks for responding to the Feefo survey. Sorry you purchased a power adapter whereas if you had spoken to us one would have been in the post to you f.o.c.. To act as reimbursement we have put a couple of small items in the post to you.

Martin -- I did mention the fact that the charger connection was not suitable for UK at the time of purchase at Sywell -- but was told that I would have to purchase a converter myself
