Rang Mendelssohn's on Tuesday afternoon 20 Nov, spoke to Mr Mendelssohn, received good advice on what GPS to order, & ordered SkyDemon plus 2 HM life jackets with a free Power Monkey promised when in stock. Delivery promised by Friday, hopefully Thursday. Delivery received Thursday afternoon. We were out & Parcel Force left ther box with a neighbour with a note for us.

Expected an offer in first reply, got it two replies later. Delivery was slow if shelf item at Mendelssohn as said, acceptable if delivered from Garmin.

This is normally a stock item but on this occasion we were awaiting a delivery from Garmin and it was dispatched the minute we received it. You had paid a courier service and normally in these situations we upgrade to a DHL service at no cost to the client. for some reason on this occasion we did not. Please accept our apologies and we hope you will not have been put of using our services in the future.
