Thank you for your 5-star review of Medical Monks!  We do have some of the best pricing on the internet so we appreciate you noticing : )  Regarding samples, we do this if we have any samples in stock  - it doesn't always happen that we have samples but when we do we are happy to offer a few to try.

This is definitely our mistake and want to make this right for you and your grandmother.  It looks like the product you ordered was 16335 (convex light) and we shipped the 16355 (deep convex) .  Numbers are very close but the product is different as you point out.  I will be in contact with you today to see if we can do anything to win your trust back.
