With regard to the market appraisal, I believe this is being arranged by another colleague Marc, but I'll chase him on this as well. My apologies that it has taken longer than you expected.

Great response from tenancy team on historical information. I love the fact they did not hesitate to help even if my enquiry referred to a previous tenancy.

The letting management service is simply bad / awful (unhelpful, unresponsive etc). I thought M&P was a strong brand and i was very disappointed.
