Good afternoon, My name is Nikki and I work for Markel. First of all, thank you for taking the time to feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you feel the credit agreement is hidden. We state on the direct debit set up page that the direct debit facility is provided by Premium Credit Limited and details of the direct debit are also available on the same page. Clearly this is not prominent enough, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. We do have other payment options available, so if you would prefer to use another method I would be happy to change this for you. Thank you for the direct reply. I was not very happy with the workings of the original web site and hate the website for feedback. Three times it told me I used words it couldn't accept. If it doesn't like those kind of words don't give that kind of service. I beloieve you have my phone number. Please use it. I would be happy to discuss my dis-satisfaction with you

Deal with Steve, not an ansaphone with 8 choices, DD a bit of a mine field with Premium Credit T's and C's the trouble with insurance is that you never know until you make a claim.
