It’s disheartening to learn that the personal service and attention to detail you’ve appreciated in the past seemed lacking this time around.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like your booking was handled by someone unfamiliar with your preferences and trip details. The B&B experience you mentioned sounds particularly disappointing, and we've already shared this feedback with our team for further review.

Great trek; great time
