Great trip - looking forward to our next Macs Adventure.
When we had a weather delay due to flooding in Vienna, Dan in Denver made the necessary calls to our hotels to keep the trip on track. Dan was always responsive, from the start to the finish.

Disappointing service by Macs for Camino de Santiago walk
We have used Macs in UK previously so I decided to stick with them for our Camino trip, although I did get quotes from other providers.
I agreed the dates, route, level of accommodation (3 & 5 star)...

Friendly, helpful staff who communicated well and promptly. The whole experience was so easy and when we had a problem with a delayed flight help was there to rearrange our plans.
