Many thanks for your comments, these are most appreciated. Just to follow on from my personal communication you will now be aware that the situation arose from an accommodation calling us with a necessary change after you had commenced walking to said property. I am delighted that we managed to resolve the issue very quickly and reaccommodate you in an alternative preferred accommodation. Rest assured such eleventh hour calls from properties unable to fulfil a booking due to unforseen circumstances are rare. Thanks again for taking the time to write and I hope that you have a marvellous Summer.
