Our Travelling Concierges are there to ensure that your journey is enjoyable and runs smoothly the whole time; therefore, it disappoints that the service did not live up to your expectations. Similarly, while guests can look forward to smaller group sizes and extra legroom on our coaches than on a standard 53 seater; we regret to learn that the size of the group was not suited to your preferences. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback, we will use it to help improve our guests' experiences going forward.

Your feedback helps us make necessary improvements to our itineraries, so we would like to thank you for your thoughts about your journey. As well, we are very pleased that our passionate team helped to enhance your enjoyment of the trip and we hope that you have taken many excellent memories away from your time in Italy.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that you experienced difficulty with your Transfer to the hotel. Furthermore, we hope that you were provided with the necessary assistance to resolve the situation and that you had a wonderful experience during the remainder of your time in Hawaii.

It makes us happy to read that you had such a great time with us on the Ultimate Italy tour. In addition, we hope that you have wonderful memories from your experience and we look forward to our next journey together in the future.

Thank you for writing into us with your observations from the tour. We regret to read that some of your experiences at the hotels and with our Local Experts did not meet your expectations. Our guests well-being and enjoyment of the experiences are two of our top concerns. Therefore, we have forwarded your comments to our Operations and Quality Control teams for their review. Furthermore, we appreciate that you would have liked more time in Venice and we would like to thank you for all of your suggestions. Nonetheless, we truly hope that you have taken some memorable highlights away from your time in Italy.

Ensuring that all the details of our guests’ journeys have been taken care of is one of the primary roles of our Travelling concierges. Therefore, we are very pleased to read that you had a wonderful service experience on the tour. Furthermore, our Local Experts are there to help enrich the journeys of all of our guests. However, we regret that you were unable to view the tower up close and we will address this concern to ensure any similar situations can be avoided in the future. Nonetheless, we are certainly happy to learn that you enjoyed taking in the iconic sights and scenery on your Luxury Gold Vacation.

This tour takes our guests through some of the picturesque historic cities of Eastern Canada and we've found that the additional cruise is a nice relaxing way to help our guests explore more of these charming cities in depth. Therefore, it pleases us to read that you had a great experience overall with Luxury Gold and we hope that you will join us to learn more about some of our other exciting destinations in the future.
