Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

We enjoyed the experience but found the scheduling a bit intense with early starts and late finishes

Our itineraries are designed to help our guests get the most out their time in each destination. At times, to ensure that our guests get access to the best sights and locations this can mean some days will require earlier starts or later returns. However, we appreciate that the pace was not to your preferences and we have informed our Product Development team of your comments. Nonetheless, we are very happy that the Itinerary Covered the keys attractions that you wanted to visit and we hope to journey with you once more, in the future.

Furthermore, while we are delighted that you had a great time during your stay in the hotel in London; we regret to learn that your experience in Paris was not as pleasant. All room allocations are done by the hotel prior to arrival; however, we are happy that your accommodation offered to make adjustments to suit your requirements, as soon as possible. Nonetheless, we hope that you have taken many wonderful memories away from your Luxury Gold experience with Insight Vacations.
