Thank you very much for travelling with us and for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the journey through Vietnam to be thorough and comprehensive. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your comments regarding tipping. We understand that practices can vary widely, and we are sorry to learn that this aspect detracted from your overall experience. While gratuities for Coach Drivers and Travel Concierges are not included, we recognise how this may feel less than optional and can cause discomfort, particularly for those from non-tipping cultures. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will ensure it is shared with our team as we continue to review how we communicate and structure gratuities for greater clarity and ease. Thank you once again for your thoughtful comments, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.
