At Insight Vacations, we adjust our capacity to ensure that the vast majority of our trips operate as scheduled. However, to assist our guests when booking ahead, we have many great trips that are categorised as Definite Departures, meaning that minimum booking numbers have been reached and thus confirming operation. Even so, we do regret to read that your original booking had to be changed; yet, we are very pleased to learn that you enjoyed your time on the Imperial Rajasthan. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for all of your suggestions which we have happily passed on to our Product Development Team for their reflection. We truly regret to read that some of the experiences on your journey did not live up to your expectations.
