Please know that your constructive feedback, such as that regarding the Michelin-star restaurant, is greatly appreciated and being given much attention. With that said, we regret to learn of your concerns regarding the York Minster experience and have shared them with our Operations team for review. It disappoints us to learn that the pace of the itinerary wasn’t to your satisfaction and that you felt there wasn’t enough time to take in all of the attractions.
