Thank you very much for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of the itinerary planning and dining arrangements did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to be able to plan personal time in advance, including making dinner reservations and arranging outside activities. On guided tours, daily schedules can sometimes only be confirmed closer to the time due to operational factors, local conditions, and timing adjustments needed to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary. We also note your comments regarding the included meals. We appreciate that having limited or no choice can feel restrictive, and your feedback has been shared with our product teams as part of our ongoing review of meal arrangements across itineraries. Thank you again for your honest comments. We value your feedback as it helps us continue to refine the guest experience.
