Furthermore, we are sure that your Travelling Concierge would have been happy to adjust the walking pace of the trip within reason to accommodate the needs of the entire group should they have been made aware of this concern. Nevertheless, we thank you for your suggestions about the transfers, time in Florence and accommodations in Rome, which we have shared with our Quality Control and Product Development Teams for their further review.
