It is however, disappointing to learn that you felt the difference in experience between Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold may not have been in line with your expectations . Our Hotel Contracting Team put considerable effort into selecting our hotels to ensure that we offer comfortable, well located accommodation at great value. In saying that, we are sorry if you experienced any discomfort at the hotels selected and will use your feedback to help make the necessary improvements. At times, ensuring that our guests can take in as many amazing attractions as possible and make the most out of a snapshot of time they spend in each place can mean lengthier periods of travel on the coach. While, our coaches have been customised from a standard fifty-three seater to include just forty seats, which we believe provides our guests with more comfort while on the road with us, we are giving your comments serious consideration by passing them on to our Product Development Department. We’re still pleased to hear that both the Travelling Concierge and the Coach Driver showed themselves to be passionate and professional. Though we note with reluctance that you may not travel with Luxury Gold again in the future, we would like to wish you the best for your future travels.
