Drivers polite and helpful however one of the coaches didn't have the aircon working which was not good in the hot weather.

The service from Lucketts was great from start to finish! Very easy to arrange the booking and the driver on the day was very friendly and felt safe with his driving!

Stressful! The coach was late because of a driver issue. We then had to change coaches which was difficult for some of the older members of our group. We were late for the event we were travelling...
