Horrible return policy

The return policy is awful. My original order was around $50 for eight yarns. To return three and have them replaced with the correct colours would have cost me almost $50. Never ordering here again.

Yarn colours can vary slightly due to differences in dye lots, lighting conditions, or the device and screen settings used to view our website.
