Looking4Parking UK Anmeldelser

Hi Alex, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about your experience at Exeter Long Stay. In circumstances where your booking cannot be located on your arrival, we would usually be contacted to confirm the order, otherwise you would be charged again on your return. Having reviewed your booking, we do not appear to have been contacted by the car park at any point therefore, as you have not been charged again, your booking must have been found by the service provider prior to your return. I would like to apologise on behalf of the Exeter Long Stay for any inconvenience caused in this instance. Kind regards, Lachlann Donnelly – Customer Service Team Manager
