Interest far too high

Really fast at paying out however their interest is ridiculously high. Taking advantage of prople in a desperate situation!! Its disgusting

Thank you for your feedback Jamie. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Awful

Was slow, bad customer service and some of the notes I received were burnt - hinting they were perhaps fake as a local shop refused to accept them.

It also took so long that I accidentally exceeded the time of my parking ticket and got given a PNC on my car. The man in the shop was unapologetic and passive.
