Order and delivery was fine but I had difficulty returning a product. This would have been ok if they had seemed interested in why this was.

Is it impossible to hear the voice of the alarm clock before puchase?

The clock voice is a bit garbled. You have to press it 2 or 3 times to understand it. Why can't you provide an on line sound sample like Amazon do with their CD's. I would Like to buy a watch but not...
