Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

The best skiing in Europe with probably one of he best mid range companies.

Yes, discount for repeat customers, chalet staff, food. Let down by location this year in courcheval compared to La Tania but still a fab holiday.

Thanks Stephen. Sorry to hear that there was some confusion and I hope it was speedily rectified. We have been in touch with Louise , apologised for the error and refunded the extra she spent on her dietary requirements. Our office staff are usually extremely thorough and their attention to detail is second to none. We have noted your suggestions and passed them on to the staff concerned. Regards Liz

Hi Roger,

Thanks for taking the time to speak to me this afternoon. I am sorry you were disappointed with some aspects of the chalet. As I mentioned, we will be refurbishing the bathrooms, kitchen and general areas this summer so it will be much improved. Thanks again for your comments - they have been very helpful. Regards, Liz Morgan
