Our teams are all highly experienced with years of experience between them which we believe ensures an excellent and stress free removal which is something we want to provide everyone customer with and you have highlighted we did. Jerome and Dan both have years of experience meaning that they can lead their teams including Henry, Ollie, Lawrence and Marius fantastically getting the job done but allowing time for some jokes and humour with customers. Dear Amrani, thank you for your feedback. We did not receive your cancellation request until we were already at your accommodation. Unfortunately there was a confusion and we were told by your flat mate to pack the wrong items. As soon as we were informed of this we returned this items and there was no charge for this service.
