I had trouble tracking my package but KCS were very helpful at doing this on my behalf and updating me.

Thank you for your review. we are sorry that this has gone to the incorrect address. I have checked the order which has come directly from our website which does show the village hall in the delivery address, if you wish to add another delivery address please simply email us at orders@kcs.co.uk and we can have this updated.
