Really poor service - brought the mouth guard to help with snoring which melted when I tried to mould it when I followed the exact instructions. Really disappointed by the quality of service was...

Doesn't do what it says. This was supposed to be a cooling pillow for when my head gets too hot at night but it isn't at all. Lucky for Kally I'm too busy to send it back.

The only thing I can criticize is the fact that it took longer than the two days I was advised it would take to be delivered - actually took 4 days! It wouldn't normally be something that bothered...
