Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

Hvordan håndterer vi falske anmeldelser?

Feefo forhindrer folk i at skrive falske anmeldelser, fordi vi kun inviterer verificerede købere til at give feedback.

Brilliant service. Phoned and was able to book within a week. Mr Cossey professional, friendly and knowledgable. Was correct in his diagnosis as the mri scan confirmed.

Thank you for your feedback Derick. We are sorry to hear that you feel the service you were provided with was expensive. When we book a patient for any consultation or procedure they are aware in advance of Mr Cossey's fees which are completely transparent on all our documentation issued to you in advance of treatment. This is in compliance with requirements by the CMA. In addition the costs are also on our website www.justknees.co.uk

We invoice our patients after their consultation allowing 30 days for payment to be made rather than take payment on the day which many other consultants do. If payment is not made within the agreed timescales according to our terms and conditions then we of course chase the patient for payment.

Could have been better post surgery info. Wanted follow up at one year when said lost my job and no longer private they were no longer interested

HI Paul Thank you for your feedback. We are looking at ways to enhance our post surgery pack which is given to you on discharge . If a patient has private medical insurance which covers the surgery and then at point of follow up no longer has, there is always the option to self fund the follow up. Our follow up appointments are £100 and would be offered to all patients.
