It is a good store with lots of options. Good quality clothes and good service. the clothes came quickly and I had no problems. The delivery charge is the most expensive i have come across though,.

Fantastic range of quirky and reasonably priced clothes.
I am sorry to hear that you never received your order. I have looked into this having read your feedback,the item that you ordered was a sale piece. Stock levels of these can fluctuate as there is high demand. I would be happy to discuss this with you further at a convenient time for you.

I was interested in your feedback, as it is something that we are currently working on. If you look at the website today you will see that we have made several improvements to the layout and the design. Improvements will be on going so that the customer experience will be much improved.
We have also amended the waiting time for the refunds. It is now 3 - 5 days. If you would like to discuss this further I would be happy to.

Excellent service - needed to get a basic tee which I ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the next day before I'd left for work. Will definitely use the site for future purchases.
