Good service. Plane times from the Isle of Man are terrible. Departure is late afternoon, and return is mid day so our 14 day holiday is actually 12. I am sure this could be improved.

We're sorry to hear that the hotel didn't live up to you expectations. If you travel again with us in the future, we'll look into different options.
The hotel was excellent (Pomme D’Or). The staff, food, location was superb.
The travel arrangements were not quite as good. The flight was delayed by over one and a half hours (8.30 am flight)...
The only reason for marking down a star was the flight time of 7.30am. This meant getting a taxi at 4.30am and at our age it leaves us shattered. The City BA operator was excellent and having...

Good but expensive. Communication was good, initial advertising not good as we found out by word of mouth
