Excellent customer service
Excellent service from the lady in the web team. Needed to change diameter of pipe. Delivered replacement and collected the previous in 24 hours! She even remembered me when I called back to check...

My only complaint is that I called your head office twice, the day before the delivery, to explain how to get to our property and the access issues. But nobody from the branch called me back....

Ordering experience good, delivery not so good.
Asked them to phone the delivery address 24hrs prior to delivery, but did not. Delivery driver pushed pies off side of lorry- fortunately nothing broken.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review!
For more than 45 years, and together with 27 branches across the UK, first class customer service, technical knowledge and extensive product ranges is how customers have come to know, trust and rely on JDP for all their project needs.
