Its only when you need the service you find out how good they are
Everything was handled as expected from start to finish. Replacement vehicle to liaising with repairers.

Service was let down by initial contact. Has to ring three or four times to register claim, issues with waiting over 1/2 hour to connected and this was not to a claims handler but someone who acted...

This is not our normal standard of service and please be assured we will be addressing our telephone performance and connectivity. Excellent Repair
The repair itself was fantastic and R&R Bodyshop were very good. I've put 4 Stars because I thought the communication from Jaguar Insurance could have been a bit slicker.

Jaguar has employed the services of a company called Kindertons to manage the claim process. Kindertons are massively under staffed with telephone wait times upto 35 minutes, the quickest answer was...
