Hi yes I appreciate that I signed the agreement that's why I paid you immediately on receipt of the compensation however, as i said , when the VAT is added on it's actually 42% of the fee not 35%,(I didn't think t was made clear that it was 35% plus VAT) I would have probably have compared different companies fees and obviously paying 15% Including VAT is a lot better than 42%. Can you tell me why in your terms and conditions it states that a claim such as mine which would be in band 3 has a maximum charge of 25% (Maximum total charged of £6,000 with VAT included ) and my charge came to £7961 (almost £2,000 more)?
