I have not yet had a need to make any claim, I hope that I do not, but if necessary I hope that the claims process is as good as the purchase experience. This is my 2nd year of annual policy purchase.

So far so good but any company is only as good as when you have a claim. We have not had to claim anything yet I only hope if we ever do have to have a claim you will be as good as your word.
