Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid review. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not match the expectations set by our brochure, and we appreciate your frankness. Your comments regarding the lack of detail on timings and meal arrangements, and the unanswered question about the number of passengers on the coach, are well noted. Clear and timely information is something our guests rightly expect, and we regret that this fell short. We also understand your concern that the itinerary involved a great deal of travelling, with too many lunches taken at service stations and too little time to appreciate the sights themselves. We have received your email via your Travel Agent, and we will respond to you in due course. We are grateful for your patience and for the opportunity to look into these matters properly.
