We started using Inform Direct two or three years ago, after receiving several recommendations from other accountants and we've found both the app and support is excellent.

Any time I have cause to contact Inform Direct with a query - which thankfully is not often - I receive courteous and prompt attention and resolution to my query. This was the case today with Alex...
After using an inadequate product for a number of years it is so great to have moved to Inform Direct that works so well. The cost is well worth it and the support is great too.
