Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for also taking my call.
Once again please accept my sincere apologies that your gift box arrived damaged, We did replace this as soon as we were aware, However, unfortunately, this again arrived damaged. Please be assured if we had known it had arrived damaged again we would have done whatever we could at the time to make sure this was resolved

We will make sure to pass this on to be investigated and make sure this will never happen again.

Smaller than anticipated!
I felt the picture in the website mislead the size of the toy box. It is my own fault as I should of looked into the measurements of it but I couldn't believe the size of it when we had put it all...

Brilliant service from 1st years would of gave 5 stars but delivery from hermes was atrocious. Said it had been delivered 3 times then sent back to sender when it had not been delivered........took 2...
