Hello. Thank you for leaving your review. On looking into this we can see that we were not contacted immediately after receipt of your order, which is usually common place if there is an issue with an item. Due to the time that had elapsed between you receiving your item and contacting us we asked you to return it for an inspection, which is our normal policy and cannot accept a return/refund without seeing an item first. We checked our Quality Control sheets which showed the pendant was dispatched in perfect condition. Once received back it was clear that the scratches could not have been just to being in transit. However we did try to resolve the issue and offered to polish the scratches out and return to you at no cost to yourself - which you declined. In this instance as a gesture of goodwill we offered a 70% refund on an item that it made to order. However, we do not like to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with our service for which we can only apologise for and, we hope that you have made a healthy and speedy recovery from your operation.
