Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

Hvordan håndterer vi falske anmeldelser?

very efficient process, easy to apply for. Could be a quicker turn around between paying for the course and receiving the log in details.
