I enjoyed taking part in this fun research which was well organised. Sharing my experiences to help a well-known brand shape its future products was both thought-provoking and satisfying.

The bloke who did the survey was really nice. The link didn't work on the first few clicks but then did work. Easy to go through and he listened well.

Would have benefitted from clearer instructions
It was an enjoyable activity to take part in, but I felt the instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been
