House Sitters Canada Anmeldelser

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback about using our platform. House Sitters Canada is a meeting place for owners and sitters to find each other and negotiate house sitting opportunities. As a result, we don’t screen or vet our members (owners or sitters). However, we do take any concerns raised seriously and want to ensure all our members are acting respectfully and with integrity. I'm very sorry that your confirmed sitter cancelled your arrangement and that this caused you such stress. We would not expect a confirmed sit to be cancelled unless there were significant issues that require this to occur, such as illness, impending extreme weather or a family emergency. Unfortunately we don't have any record of you contacting us about this cancellation as we would have been able to discuss this with you and offer assistance to find a replacement sitter as well as follow up any concerns raised about the initial sitter's cancellation. Please know that we do our best to support our members and you are welcome to contact us at any time at admin@housesitterscanada.com if an issue arises or you need assistance.

Thank you for placing a review about your experience using House Sitters Canada. I'm so sorry that you haven't had much success finding a sitter via our platform. We do take any concerns raised seriously and we expect all our members to communicate respectfully including keeping in regular contact and providing updates if their situation changes and they may no longer be available. I'm sorry that this wasn't your experience this time. We had responded to your email to us offering more support regarding your concerns but haven't heard back from you yet. Please do contact us via admin@housesitterscanada.com to discuss this further so we can provide more assistance for you now and in the future.
