Easy to book
It is easy to filter the options to what I want them to be and there is lots of choice. I don't like the added room charges, I wish it was all included in the price but I know that isn't hotels.com...

Very poor customer service.
Not very impressed with customer service, had an issue with my booking in that due to an error on their part the rewards I had accumulated were “locked in” and I could not use them as part payment....
