Whilst our after sales office is closed from 1700 daily and not open on the weekends, you are given a 24/7 emergency number on your booking confirmation documents and this is always available. We do regret that the hotel was not to your expectations and would recommend that you use the complaints process for this to be addressed through the correct channels.
