Simon you appear to be taking out your frustration at us having yourself booked the incorrect dates. We appreciate you wish to change this but can only do so in accordance with the policies in place which have been conveyed to you. We are sorry you feel this is in any way unhelpful and perceive the stating of facts to be rude since it was not.
