We do regret any impact on the enjoyment of your holiday. However, we note that no contact was made with the emergency numbers given on your accommodation voucher for instances such as this. Many European hotels charge for extras including air conditioning, safes, local taxes etc. which can only be paid in resort and notification of this is on the accommodation voucher.
