We sincerely regret any preceived lack of service. Our agents do read back all information as given to them. We can categorically state that we were charged by the supplier for the change and regret that you were given incorrect information by a third party.

The reply from Holiday Gems is typical of the way they treat their customers.
Everybody is wrong except them.Their attitude stinks when they are on the phone. They never listen, can't even have a converstion with them. They speak over you when you try to explain things, raising their voices and threatening to put the phone down on you when you try to speak. Once they have your money, you can forget any customer service. I have never been treated as badly on the phone by anyone as I was with them.

I should also mention that after I paid the money to have the name changed, they sent out paperwork without the name changed 3 times, before I eventually got the correct paperwork through. Of course, I had to keep calling them back, being charged premium rates, before it was all sorted out.
