The notes recordings on your booking indicate that this was handled whilst you were in resort and that you were contacted by both our admin manager and our suppliers whilst you were moving hotels. We further believe that the star grading was explained in detail. No complaint was received after your return when your issues may have been resolved. It is unfortunate that you did not approach us after your return as this issue can now not be pursued or discussed in the public domain.
