It would appear that all have been rectified and you should now be in possession of the correct documentation. Our after sales agent is dealing with the addition of the extra person and, to ensure that the best possible costs are obtained on your behalf, has approached our suppliers for the final amount. As soon as a response is received she will be in contact with a final costing. we always sympathise with any inconvenience should personal expectation not be achieved in relation to our service Feedback, whether good or bad, is monitored to assist us as we strive to meet customer requirements.
