We sincerely apologise for inconvenience caused during your booking process. We are concerned that your call cost indicates a call duration of 2hour 20 minutes which would be most excessive and we have never known a call to take this time. Should you wish we will always call back or respond to an email. We regret that the agent had a one letter spelling error on your email address which has now been corrected and you should be in receipt of all yor documentation. We do trust that your holiday may now proceed without further issue.
