Thank you for your positive comments. We would advise that shuttle transfers run to a schedule and the only way to avoid any delay is to book a private transfer. We understand the concern regarding the accommodation and we are sure that you would have been advised that this was a situation over which we had no control. We are delighted that it was resolved.
