Brilliant & helpful staff
Brilliant customer service I will definitely be booking with them again.
I requested a change of hotel and this was done straight away and all amended paperwork was sent.

Mrs Hyusein you had a conversation with our agent as the price of the package had gone up and you were told of the extra cost if you wanted the 5 nights. Instead of 5 nights you accepted 4 at the same price and the possibility of arranging a late check out. 4 nights were confirmed on your paperwork so you were aware before travel. Our agent called to discuss the solution before you agreed as this is our process and we are sorry if you did not fully understand the situation.
