Miss Carr we are sorry to hear this. The generic advice given was only an enquiry about whether you could book another room to secure a place to stay that night and this aided our understanding of your situation as a last resort. Our emergency number answered your call and we are sorry if you rang other numbers as well that were not the correct ones. We do provide clear instructions for the emergency number if required. Once our emergency team were made aware, booking another room was not necessary as you were given the key collection information you did not have. None the less, we regret your experience.

A complete **** hole complained to key holders asked for upgrade said there were none and walked away no respect , never even asked what the problem was . Please don’t book with this company

Customer Service advisor was extremely helpful and quick, whole booking process was very easy to understand and no hassle at all. No hidden issues and price was extremely reasonable!
